There are lot of states below 60%. The Nation's Capital has below 50% votor turnout. Nation's total is well below 60%.

This VIP movement is staring with a target to move the voting average by 10% in the next elections.

I request you all to join this blog and start discussing plans and suggestions to achive this.

1. Do we need to punish those who have not voted in some way? If so what sre the ways?
2. Why do you feel people do not come forward to Vote?
